Hello guys.

I found that the Brake master cylinder has a leakage.
(Lada Niva 1.7 mpfi 2003)
The brake fluid is leaking at the joint between master cylinder and vacuum unit.

Do you think that is necessary to replace both master cylinder and vacuum unit or only the master cylinder?

Available choice for master cylinder are TRW, Ferodo and the original one (grey box withe orange strip). Which one should i choose?

Unfortunately, vacuum unit is available only from Volga Sprint manufactures.

Or the front seal of the master cylinder - typically it fails first. You can buy the rebuild kit (4 rubber seals) for the mater cylinder for Niva or Samara.
For certain no need to replace the brake booster if it works OK.
